Please note: The information in this course is to equip you with the knowledge needed to improve your own sleep, know when to see or refer to appropriate specialists (a sleep doctor or a sleep behavioral health specialist) This course, although comprehensive, is not designed to enable an individual or institution to independently do sleep consultations, evaluate and treat patients with these disorders. Those are best left to licensed medical professionals and/or board certified sleep physicians.
