I love this book. Not only does it have good guidelines on how to eat healthy and delicious food but it also has the science to back it up. All of the research put into it has really helped me understand WHY I should eat good! This book is wonderful. I was crazy with happiness when I saw the exercises that I can do at home, how to do it and why to do them, and Tana is showing the right positions to do the exercises. Recipes are great. All the information is really good. I complement this book with the journal, so it is like I have the book that tells me what and how to do, and the journal helps me to get the plan and routine of what I need to do.

Not a diet but a lifestyle change - and it feels so good!

As I read this book for the 2nd time, I am continually amazed at how simple this lifestyle change truly is. When I read it a year ago I wasn't really ready to do anything drastic so I made a couple of minor changes, nothing significant. Over the past year I have found myself 'going back to' the things I had read and implementing even more, and before long the changes were significant and I could see & feel a difference. Now I'm ready for a total change! I'm weeks into completely following the guidelines in the book and am pleased to report that I feel fantastic!

I love this book and this program!

I wish I had found this years ago! This way of eating and living has helped me to reclaim my life. It is the best treatment I have found for fibromyalgia, and has helped me to go from Obese to healthy BMI in a relatively short time. It's so nice to not be a slave to my food addictions anymore and not to "need" coffee, sugar, wheat to get through my day.
