We offer a variety of shipping options, including but not limited to Next Day Air, Priority and Standard Shipping. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors.
FREE SHIPPING: Free first-class shipping available on orders over $75 (U.S. orders only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Auto Delivery shipments are free regardless of order value. Please note that Free Shipping may take 5 - 10 business days for delivery.
Note: During warm weather months (April - September), orders containing perishable chocolate products received on Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday to avoid extended time in transit vehicles and mail boxes where there is a greater chance of melting.
Chocolate is only available for shipping in the 48 contiguous states of North America. International orders that make it through our checkout process will be refunded and cancelled.
Please use your discretion when placing chocolate orders during warm weather months (April - September) because we can not guarantee the final condition of your delivery.
Upgrades to shipping, warm weather packaging and cool packs are used to aid in the safe arrival of all chocolate within a maximum of 2 - 3 business days.
No Returns or exchanges allowed on chocolate products. Refunds for melted chocolate will be processed as gift cards only.
If you have chosen to ship your order outside the United States, please note that the prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs.
It is your responsibility to pay these fees at the time of delivery or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees. Please allow your order time to pass through customs procedures; an order will not be considered "lost" until 60 days from the date your order shipped. We are unable to process, credit or reship merchandise until the 60 day period has passed.
We are required to declare the full retail value of all products shipped internationally.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you may return the item within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 850-5287, to request a RMA label.
To make a return, please contact our customer care team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return label. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return package and will exclude return shipping costs.
Return labels can only be issued for domestic returns. International orders are responsible for return shipping.
All returns require a Return Authorization. All products returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee & store credit for the product price only.
