I love this product! I have always had problems with attention and with this supplement I have absolutely noticed a positive change. I can keep my attention and focus on things for longer than 2 minutes now!   • Vitamin B6
    Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is a water-soluble vitamin essential in the metabolic pathways of amino acids, glucose, and fatty acids and is a cofactor in the production of neurotransmitters including serotonin, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and GABA. It is required by the nervous system and is needed for normal brain function as well as DNA synthesis.   • Magnesium
    Magnesium is a mineral essential in a variety of cellular processes including cellular respiration, protein synthesis, membrane stability, regulation of vascular tone and is important in the neuromuscular and cardiovascular systems.1 More than 300 enzyme systems use magnesium as a cofactor. As magnesium is required for stabilization of the nerve cell, chronic deficiencies can interfere with the transmission of nerve impulses, resulting in irritability and restlessness. Supplementing the body with magnesium can promote relaxation and calm.   • Phosphatidylserine
    Phosphatidyl Serine (PS) is a naturally occurring phospholipid that enhances cellular metabolism and communication by influencing the fluidity of cellular membranes. It occurs in the brain at higher concentrations than any other organ. PS is located in the inner layer of cellular membranes and has a variety of structural and functional roles including cell membrane fluidity, modulation of cellular receptors and production and packaging of neurotransmitters, including norepinephrine, acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Several clinical trials have demonstrated the safety and efficacy of PS or PS in combination with omega3 fatty acids in improving attention and learning in some children.1-5

    Choline is an essential nutrient that is needed for the proper transmission of nerve impulses.
