I purchased the Omni Diet book so of course decided to get this in addition. I'm glad I did. If you want better results, you have to get this. For me, it was the perfect tracker to my day and reinforced my goals. The pages were appealing with plenty of room to write in. It had a nice clean feel to how it was made, and the motivational quotes throughout it were so inspiring. Tana's tips and directions throughout the phases of the diet were clear and easy to follow. The only thing I wish is that Daniel and Tana could make another Daily Journal to keep track of our health for every day of the year. Maybe your next product?!
