Cookbook - Change Your Brain, Change Your Body
I love this cookbook. I bought this 3 weeks ago at Barn and Noble. The book is divided into sections by meals and the directions are easy to follow. The photographs of the food are so beautiful and appetizing that I couldn't decide what to try first! (Most ingredients can be found at any supermarket, although you may have to check the health food section.)
Hardcover Cookbook - Change Your Brain, Change Your Body
This is a fantastic cookbook! The recipes are delicious and healthy. Once you stock up on the healthy ingredients you can make many of these dishes over and over again and come up with a great weekly meal menu. Dr. Amen puts his Brain Healthy spin on some common ingredients and enlightens your thought process to think about what you are putting into your body WILL affect how your brain functions. Making the brain - body connection has been a life saver in my household. If you want a healthier you and a healthier family I would recommend this cookbook more than any other out there!
