“I’ve seen the attention of my patients go down over the last 30 years with the constant distractions we all face from the Internet and multiple gadgets. I designed Attention Support to give children and adults something natural that would actually help support their attention in multiple ways.”

– Daniel G. Amen, MD

Great natural product. No highs or lows.

Love this product. Use daily when at work.

one of the best suppliments i have used

I love this product and I decided to try it for my son who has attention and focusing issues. I home school him and in the past it was very, very difficult to have him follow through or even pay attention to what was being taught. He was really struggling. He has been using Attention Support for about 4 months now and I don't know how he lived without it before. He has improved so much in his attention. I can’t say how much this has improved our family life. I'm so glad I found this product.

Loving it

Really helps me focus and has closed the 10000 tabs open in my brain. I no longer feel like my brain is in a fog and no longer feel exhausted all day.

Great Natural Product !

My grandson has greatly improved with concentration, attention & confidence in the classroom. He has been praised by his teacher to be a model student, following directions, calm & essentially a happier student this year. Last year was a nightmare! He was thought to be impulsive & had low self esteem! Thank you!! He is already on the road to success this year!

Good product.

As a 58 year old with focus and attention challenges, this Attention Support has improved my symptoms dramatically. Highly recommend the product.

These make a huge difference!

My son takes this, along with Neurolink. When he starts to get hyper or a bit impulsive, we'll ask if he has taken his supplements the last couple days, and he almost always says he hasn't. The difference is obvious when he takes them. He's calmer, kinder, more focused, and has better control over his mouth. So thankful to have found these supplements!

Ingredients & Facts

Six Powerhouse Ingredients Provide Maximum Multi-Mechanism Support

  • Vitamin B6
This vitamin is a major health multitasker! It's essential for us to process proteins, carbs, and fats. Our nerve cells need it to produce the key neurotransmitters serotonin, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and GABA. It supports attention and healthy mood management, especially when used together with magnesium.
  • Magnesium
This dietary essential mineral is brain power! More than 300 different enzymes use magnesium to produce and use energy. Having sufficient magnesium in the brain helps assure a calm, even mood and good mental focus. The brain's trillions of nerve connections (synapses) all use magnesium to regulate their healthy electrical activity.
  • Zinc
Zinc is another dietary essential mineral, required by 100 enzymes that process proteins, carbs, fats, even our DNA. The brain also needs zinc for antioxidant protection and to produce the sleep hormone melatonin. Zinc has consistently enhanced children's attention and behavior in clinical trials.
  • PhosphatidylSerine (PS)
Present in all our cells and highly concentrated in the brain, PS supports energy generation and is a building block for the synapses that wire nerve cells into information transfer networks. PS is the best-documented nutrient for memory and other cognitive support, and promotes healthy attention function.
  • Pycnogenol®
This standardized polyphenol extract comes from French maritime pine (Pinus pinaster) and is authentic Pycnogenol®, not an imitation. Intensive clinical research has established its benefits for attention and other higher brain functions in kids as well as adults. Pycnogenol® is a powerful antioxidant and promotes delivery of blood to the brain.
  • Choline
This is a vitamin-like essential nutrient that supports the brain's production of acetylcholine, a key neurotransmitter for mental focus. Choline also supplies methyl groups for healthy gene maintenance and regulation, and nerve cells can use it to make phosphatidyl-choline (PC), a major building block for synapses.

The Science

Support your (or your child’s) potential through multiple mechanisms.

  • Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is a water-soluble vitamin essential in the metabolic pathways of amino acids, glucose, and fatty acids and is a cofactor in the production of neurotransmitters including serotonin, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and GABA. It is required by the nervous system and is needed for normal brain function as well as DNA synthesis. Supplementation with Vitamin B6 alone and in combination with other nutrients has been shown to be helpful to improve attention in children.1-4

  • Magnesium
Magnesium is a mineral essential in a variety of cellular processes including cellular respiration, protein synthesis, membrane stability, regulation of vascular tone and is important in the neuromuscular and cardiovascular systems.1 More than 300 enzyme systems use magnesium as a cofactor. As magnesium is required for stabilization of the nerve cell, chronic deficiencies can interfere with the transmission of nerve impulses, resulting in irritability and restlessness. Supplementing the body with magnesium can promote relaxation and calm. Preliminary studies where magnesium is combined with a vitamin B6 regimen demonstrate improvement in attention and reduction in central nervous system hyperexcitability in some children.2,3 An observational, longitudinal study investigating the effects of polyunsaturated fatty acids in combination with magnesium and zinc support behavioral benefit in children with attentional issues.4

  • Phosphatidylserine
Phosphatidyl Serine (PS) is a naturally occurring phospholipid that enhances cellular metabolism and communication by influencing the fluidity of cellular membranes. It occurs in the brain at higher concentrations than any other organ. PS is located in the inner layer of cellular membranes and has a variety of structural and functional roles including cell membrane fluidity, modulation of cellular receptors and production and packaging of neurotransmitters, including norepinephrine, acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Several clinical trials have demonstrated the safety and efficacy of PS or PS in combination with omega3 fatty acids in improving attention and learning in some children.1-5

  • Pycnogenol
Pycnogenol® is an herbal supplement derived from the French maritime pine bark extract and is widely used for its properties as a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory agent and vasodilator. Pycnogenol has been shown to interact directly with cellular membranes as well as cross the blood brain barrier.1 Pycnogenol has been shown to improve mood, memory, attention and executive function in healthy normal students2 as well as reducing oxidative stress and improving cognitive function in healthy professionals.3 Improvements in attention have been demonstrated in children with attentional issues.4,5

  • Choline
Choline is an essential nutrient that is needed for the proper transmission of nerve impulses. It is important in maintaining the structural integrity of cell membranes and for cholinergic neurotransmission, which is responsible for memory, mental clarity, focus and concentration. Choline has been shown to be helpful in improving cognitive performance in a young, cognitively healthy, community-based population of 1,391 subjects.1 It also functions as a methyl donor for the synthesis of many endogenous compounds.

  • Zinc
Zinc is an essential mineral that has been shown to support attention and impulse control.1-3 It is an important cofactor for metabolism relevant to neurotransmitters, prostaglandins and melatonin and indirectly affects dopamine synthesis. Zinc activates over 100 different metalloenzymes and metal-enzyme complexes in the body, and daily supplementation of this nutrient is important as the body does not store extra zinc. Zinc deficiency has been linked to hyperactivity and impairment in concentration.1-3 Clinical trials where zinc has been used as a monotherapy4,5 or as an adjunct to a stimulant6 have shown improvements in behavior and attention in some children.
